Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were equipped adequately, and a nice touch was the complimentary red wine waiting for me on level 2. The service was excellent, offering room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was safe and lovely, in a fine area near a variety of restaurants for the evening and close to a commercial area. Unfortunately, the hotel was outside of the fitness center. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the pasta dishes. The facilities were simple but practical, making my stay convenient.
This hotel is a gem hidden in the Zona Rosa district of Mexico City. While the rooms were cozy with a hint of red wine and had limited but useful equipment, the service was top-notch offering room service, car hire, and laundry facilities. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant area, with a fine dining experience in the evening. However, the absence of a fitness center could be a downside, and the traditional Irish pancakes were not everyone's favorite.
